Flip top gas cap

My 67 barracuda still has the factory bolt holding the flip top cap to the body, they look like a small acorn with three slots on them, what is the best way to remove them?

there is a special tool for those so called anti thieft screws. A small sharp diagonal plier will turn them biting 2 of the 3 dimples. Little WD40 helps if they are rusted.
