can i use the floors from a 63 4-door dart to repair the rust in my 2-door hardtop?

You shouldn't have any problem using the floor pan from a four door on your two door.

When these cars came down the assembly line, the framerails and floorpans were assembled as a unit before it was turned into a two door or four door.
 
Hey Rick, got a 65 dart gt 4spd see that all u guys offer are universal fit front and rear floorpans,anything in future for better fitment ones? Auto Body Specialities will have in about 3-4 months was told last week.

Does this apply to convertibles as well? I know that the `verts have torque boxes welded in at the factory, but is this the only difference?
