I just reported it. It is against eBay rules to sell vin plates. No idea if they will actually remove it, as last time I saw a vin plate with a title for a 1971 Boss 351, and I reported it, they did not remove the listing. Anyone who has an eBay account can report this, please do to see if it gets removed.
