For sale is a manual transmission bellhousing from a 225, came out of a 66 Valiant, has a 66 date code by the part number. It is very dirty & greasy but looks good and will clean up nice, I will inspect if further to see if there is any damage but I don't see any. Bolt holes are not stripped, it only has the pattern for the 3-speed trans, NOT a 4-speed. Clutch fork is still attached and so is throw-out bearing. Dust shield and inspection cover is there too, also some bellhousing mounting bolts and fork spring. This is made of aluminum, should fit other slant six engines as well? $65 shipped to your USA door, I am in central MN. Thanks FABO :glasses7:

I need to see if a magnet will stick to my 170/6 bellhousing :-k
If mine is steal/cast that would drop my pay load :idea1:
I will check tomorrow Keith and let you know

I checked mine Keith to make sure is was an aluminum and it is, or this would be mine.

would you separate ....I can use a dust shield and cover but I don't need the actual bell ....I have a stack of those and none seem to the dust shield thingers

if not all ready sold I am interested please mesure from engine mounting surface to trans mount surface thanks smitty
