I’ve had this car for a few weeks now (69 dart). I was thinking it had an 8.25 rear but now I’m thinking it’s a ford 7.5”. I’ve looked at all the pics online and sure seems like it. What is weird is I bought a new brake cylinder (73 dodge) and it fit just fine. Any ideas on what year and type of car these brakes could be from?

My bad. I should have crawled under it. It’s stamped with a big Chrysler stamp. The brake hardware looks like ford through… strange

A pic of the back cover, and we could tell you what it is in a California minute...

Many manufacturers used Bendix brake parts or other brake parts manufacturers

Many parts will interchange between the big 3

An example is the KH 4 piston front disk. Same caliper on Ford and dodge.
