Formula S?

I'm looking at a '65 Barracuda that's been sitting a long time. Trying to figure out if it's a Formula S or not. It looks to be a factory 4 speed, is a 4bbl and has black crinkle valve covers. Attached is a pic of the fender tag. This is about all I know.

Not a Formula S per the fender tag photo you provided... There would need to be a "2" under the "C".... But it did come with the 273 4bbl Commando (the "31" under the "AB")
And, it is a Factory 4 speed with the "3" under the "D"...

Yeah didn't think it was, but nicely optioned. No tach, is there a rally group of accessories? No broadcast sheet yet. May still be under the back seat, but it isn't mine and probably asking too much for what it is.

Code 321 - Basic Group - AM Radio, left remote door mirror, day/night rear view, variable speed wipers and electric washers.

Code 322 - Formula-S - 273 -4bbl, tach, performance group, 5.5x14 rims, 6.95x14 tires, bolt on wheel covers

Code 325 - Performance group - 273 -4bbl w/HD Suspension. rear springs, torsion bars and sway bar.

Code 333 - Sport Group - 3-spoke woodgrain steering wheel, bolt on wheel covers, 7.00x13 tires(v8 )
