I'd like to see the pictures of the rust before I pass judgement. And if it is too far gone for you I may be interested in buying it.
 
haven't been able to get the car up on the lift yet to look at the extent of the rust. my frame guy and my mechanic have opposite schedules. i'll post when it happens. should be this week.
 
If you cant get the other rails I have shipped ones I sold in the past USPS without trouble. I have even shipped them to Canada without trouble.
 
64 valiant four door fairly picked over and beat up, but clean metal
underneath. $400 as is - i can put four 13 inch sbp balonies on it to make it roll onto a trailer. Southern NM car. Yard here would like to keep the slant six, but a buyer can have the trans and hood.
