front bench removal....

I did some searching and didn't see it. But I'm used to modern cars where the bolts are just out in the open and the seat can just come out. I think I can see the front bolts on my valiant. Is there a trick to removing the front seat...couldn't really see bolts near the back.

Track bolts to body are under the car, two per side.

Once upon a time the threaded studs on seat tracks had caps/covers. Many have pulled OEM carpet to find these caps still where assembly line workers tossed them. Reason I mentioned this. Those studs can tair hell outa your skin or your door skins. You decide which hurts worse.
A UPS driver left my driveway one late Friday afternoon to go get a tetanus shot because a bucket seat delivered here had its rusty old stud through the box wall.

Got it out and apart. My dad is retired and going to install the new bench cover for me. Can't wait.
