Here are a matching pair or front disc brake knuckles that fit almost every 60-1989 rear wheel drive Mopar.

These came from a 1985 Chrysler Fifth Avenue. The upper ball joint is the Mopar large design like all B bodies used and disc brake 73-76 A bodies.

These have the slider caliper adapter brackets that accommodate the 11" rotors.

What else would I need beside calipers and rotors? UCA?

There are options.
There are sleeves that can be used on the stock small ball joints to allow you to keep your original control arms.
The other option is using stock 73-76 Disc upper control arms.

I do have calipers too but they will likely need to be rebuilt.
