No, there's at least two of us. Enough on the brakes. I think that the OP got his answer

Dude you must be the only one...
...and the people who "agreed" with my post.
Never said they were high performance brakes, but hardly "inadequate" for daily driving- so something else must be up with them. Get them sorted out before you decide to upgrade, because if you can't get existing hardware working right, you'll never get an "upgrade" working right either.

First, I got Cruze 418 trying to tell me what I can comment on, and when?
Next, here’s Prof. Fate dismissing an upgrade the vast majority of mopar owners choose to do because of the safety-related fact that old Mopars aren’t up to modern braking standards,
then making assumptions about my mechanical knowledge?
All I can say is get over yourselves guys.

Never did I "dismiss" it- have done it dozens of times myself. And have left dozens of drum cars alone, too.
And I never said you in particular, but if you want to take it that way, fine. Still doesn't change the fact that 10" drums, when working correctly, are fine for normal street driving. Spirited performance driving, sure- then you upgrade.

I bought the Pirate Jack disc brake kit with the 5x4" drilled and slotted rotors. Everything fit , they work great AND I saved a few hundred bucks!! Pirate Jack's kits INCLUDE SHIPPING which was well over $100 from the other guy. If you're looking to upgrade your brakes AND save some coin look no further.
