I got a front fender (driver side) with the antenna hole already there. I thought they were passenger side only.

I'm not sure I've seen one on the driver side either....maybe a right hand drive car :scratch:

Weird. A buddy of mine had a 66 Dart Gt Coupe back in the 70s that had a factory rear antenna and no holes either fenders. Sometimes they did strange things I guess.

sure someone didnt add that ? is there an antenna base crown stamped into the metal or is it just a hole drilled into it?

maybe its was a radio delete car and they added the antenna later to the drivers side.

While your talking about fenders,what year fenders are correct for my 65 dart? Is it 64 & 65? looks like a 63 has the turn signal on it and 66 got square by the headlight. Am I right?
I don't know but Strokerscamp or Doctor_Doctor will know. Quickest way is to start a thread on it.

Fenders for 65 are 65 only. 63 and 64 are interchangeable, 66 one year only.

I think this is correct on Valiant too.
On a valiant it is the v line above the wheelwheel, 1964 the line almost touches wheelwheel, 1965 the v line is higher up, and also closer the the top of the fender.
Darts im not absolutly positive but, 1964 had a headlight ring, "like 1963" and 1965 darts had what is called "candy kanes" 2 peice trim, and hood trim.
I have heard and seen few 1964 barracudas having 64 valiant style fenders, most 64 barracudas i have seen have 65 style fenders, im still not sure about this, i have seen early production cudas with a valiant emblem on the back. All 64-65 barracudas should have 65 style fenders, kinda interesting.

The opening around the headlight goes all the way around on a 64, a 65 its partially open for the grille.. The front apron is also different.
