front wiring harness swap

my question is I have a 72 dart that I putting a 440 in, also I have a 75 Valiant in pieces, now the 75 has electronic ignition, can I use the 75 front engine compartment with the one coming out of the firewall or do I to replace both to use the 75 harness?

You would need to study/compare the pin out for both model harnesses. Never assume they are the same.
