Fuel filler neck Plating?

Hey guys,
I have a 69 Dart and need to know what type of plating does the gas tank filler neck have? I need to send mine to someone to have it plated, but not sure what the process is. Also who do you recommend to do this?

Galvanizing, just like a chain link fence post has.

It's a lead/tin coating. There is only one person that I know of who does them correctly. I'll try to find the info.
