I'm shopping for a fuel filter so I can finish plumbing the system. I'm looking for a quality remote filter with a servicable filter element. What do you recommend? I have a -8 line from my sump that will go to the filter, then to the pump and so on....Holley Blue pump, modified 6 Bbl. set-up. Not a big dog engine, mild 360, no nitrous.

I dont mind my canister filter. I have the cheaper summit brand, wish i went with the fram setup. Seems to work fine here, filter has a lot of surface area.

I was leaning toward a small compact filter and this seals the deal. I was going to run a Fram canister filter, but where I'm mounting everything it would hang down below the edge of the R/R quarter panel and be visible. I fabbed up a bullet-proof fuel pump mount and it tucks in nice and tightly behind the R/R tire on the side trunk extension. And yes, it's shielded from anything kicking off of the tire.

Thanks guys! 8)
