Stupid question here...75 Dart, /6, slight oil leak at the fuel pump. Need to replace the fuel pump anyway because I have no idea when the last time this engine was freshened up.

Got the new fuel pump and it contains 2 gaskets. Yup, 2!

Am I supposed to use both gaskets for this or is the manufacturer expecting me to screw up the first one?

Thanks.

Screw up the first one.:D

Somewhere, someone either has or is about to take a fuel pump out of a box with no gaskets...

Just got one to last week. Came with two gaskets.
That and a new filter runs like a champ!!

Nope just use one. Guess if you don't get the fuel pump arm lined up proper with the rod you have a back up if you screw the first gasket up.
Just threw my extra in the extra box in case someday I spring a leak.
