Need a good fuel pump. My electric holley black doest want to pump anything more the a few psi. So what's a good brand and one that's not loud as hell

i took my fuel pump out and opened it up.. everything was clean and looked new and no holes in the rubber.. could it be that its not sucking fuel up since its higher up. if the issue is that cant suck fuel what pump should i get that will suck fuel up or a good inline

I had a Holley blue for years. It was loud as hell! Changed to a quick fuel 230,mounted right to the frame no rubber nothing. I can’t believe how nice and quite it is. Relay,8 feed 10 return should of done it yrs ago!
