Hired an electrician that I worked, putting conduit in my block work. My house sits on a block pony wall. I specifically said to him do not drill my bond beam which is reinforced concrete and sits on the top of wall. He sent me to town for some kind of part. When I got back he had a 3” hole cut in my bond beam. With out raising my voice I calmly said pack up your **** and not only f. Off stay f.Ed off. He never sent a bill or asked for money to this day. Repaired bond beam ( big job) then found a good electrician. One that would listen to another tradesman.
