[Found!] Gas cap 1972 Demon

i am at a loss. I have bought three gas caps for my Demon and none will fit down flush on the car. I am not sure, but maybe the wrong filler tube? It was with the car when I got it. Might be off a Duster? Anyway....need a gas cap. Shipped to 28387

I'm sorry to hear you are having so many problems finding the right cap.

I have gas cap from a 72 Duster...sits flush, still on car.
I would do $25 shipped if you want it.

Year One shows a replacement cap with the following details:
Standard non-vented fuel cap for:
1971 Demon and Duster models (built after May 71).
1972 Demon and 1972-1976 Duster models.
1973-1976 Dart Sport models.
