Looking for a cable pedal assembly or just the cable and lever so that my original pedal can still be used.

Just FYI to help your search. Unless someone makes one aftermarket, you are looking for the 64-66 V8 pedal assembly. The pedals mount up differently, I'm not sure if you could rig something up to run a cable on a rotating rod assembly. IIRC I don't think so.
