there will be new names on the roster this fall.........
 
I followed the Lightning back in 02-04, right before the season they won the cup.

One of the players caught my eye as being undervalued.

Not a high scoring guy, but had a crazy high number of assists-

Brad Richards.

Indeed. I myself under estimated him when they got him.

Didn't seem to do much during season but this cup series against
Tampa, boy did he come alive. He was a bigger part of this series than people know.
He deserves the recognition.

I give Crawford most of the credit for not letting any goals through. :D


When the rest of the team was struggling, he kept Tampa from scoring. :cheers:

No question. Crawford looked shaky in early series but the
"real" Crawford showed up when it mattered most against
probably the toughest team the Hawks ever played in the playoffs.

Hats off to Tampa Bay Lightning..........
 
Yeah, in a way I thought he should of received the Conn Smythe trophy.

So much better than seeing the Cup go to Florida.

Hey, I'm a Rangers fan. I would have loved to see a Rangers/Blackhawks Final. That would have been epic. But the Hawks beat out Tampa and the Rangers couldn't, so congrats on another Stanley Cup trophy!

I still think we have better pizza.
