Hi everybody

My name is Marco from Switzerland. I bought in December 2016 an 1968 Plymouth Barracuda 340 S Fastback for my wife. It's was rebuild 20 years ago from the prevues owner to stock specifications, except the upgrade to brake discs. I'm infected with the Mopar Virus when i was 15 years old. I made a learnship as a car mechanic and my hobby was wrenching on my friends 69 Drag Cuda. My first Plymouth was a 1964 Plymouth Valiant Signet 200 Hardtop Coupe postless, i putt in a self rebuild 340 6pack in front of the 4 speed, a 140 mp/h little rocket. Next was a daily 67 valiant six banger 4 speed. Both were sold to put the money in a 66 1/2 Satellite, converted to a stroker 493 in in front of a 4 speed again. The main thing was to start drag racing, it currently runs a 11.8 @ 118 mph in the quarter, full steel body and interior.
The Barracuda is my first automatic car, power steering and close to stock car. I think i'm getting old.....
Greatings Marco

Very nice ride! Welcome aboard!!!

I have to give a LOT of creds to you guys over there, dealing with hard to find parts, shipping, ridicuous taxes, and so on. KEEP AT IT LOL!
You will be surprised how many cars and parts are hanging around here! Today the internet makes it so easy. Luckywise i had never a problem with any US company, it was always nice to deal with them.

Welcome, you're miles ahead of me, all yours run.

Mine is a big pile of parts. Actually several piles and 3 or 4 boxes!

The pre-owner did the hole work for me ( 20 years ago), i called it a restoration of the restoration. But i know the box feeling, i bought a Norton Commando in a box and made it new. Unfortunately she pissed me of, and i sell the bike and invested the money for the Cuda ( luckywise ).
