On the news radio in LA I hear more racing news. Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park, off road vehicle playground is closed due to an accident on the property involving a fatal accident of a 10 year old girl and the ensuing lawsuits.
Fact, you race, you can get hurt, or killed. Even 11 year olds....sad tho...

what terrible, tragic news. from the sounds of it, the reports cite that she and another (juvenile) rider collided in what amounted to a freak accident. the adage of: you ride 'em, you wreck 'em holds true no matter the age; but it's still heart breaking. prayers for her family.
Sucks that the girl passed. It's the **** happens type deal when you get on/in any motorized equipment. Whether there are other participants around you or not.

We have the same short-sighted dopes in this country, closing tracks. Instead of opening new ones because of population growth.
