Goodyear tire decide date for Canadian made

The first photo is US Goodyear Raise White letter.
The second one is on made in Canada tire. How do I find the date it was made?

I say its time to toss them. If you look at the sidewall in the first pic, they're already starting to dry rot and crack.

I can't make out a date code from the pics you provided.

This is just my spare tire for my 1972 Dart Swinger Canadian Special 340

The first one could be from 69, 79, 89 or 99. That's the old style DOT date code which only had one digit.
