Made it out and back again for new years weekend. Had a good time. That old Ford V-10 did good hauling the monster.

Been getting my wife CJ used to riding out there so we went over to this nice area that has some mini size dunes for her to learn on. She is getting better every trip. I even got her to go up Competition hill this time out.

I drive buy Ocotillo on my way out to Glamis. Been there a few times and have had a lot of fun. Was just staying with my dad in his trailer so now that I have my own I may try and make it down there some time. Be cool to hook up with you so time. My dad has a Peterbuilt we use to haule hay up from the vally with so I think I am just going to get my CDL and be done with it.

If a commercial license is a benefit aside from towing the trailer, that works, but there are a few drawbacks to the commercial license too. You get double the points for any moving violations, you can't go to traffic school, and if you blow a .04% on the breathalizer(half the normal limit), you get a 502! Just an FYI.

I don't rely want my CDL. But it is the family business. Would have got it long ago but driving 3 hours down to the valley then spending 2 more weighing then loading then weighing again and driving 3 more hours to get home is not for me. Boring *** work.

Man that thing is nice.. I've always wanted to park my Dart in my living room.

Well it took me long enough but I got around to loading the Dart up. She went in with room to spare and did not get high centered like I thought she would. Still going to carry a few blocks to drive on just in case. Just need some HD tie downs and I am ready for the MATS:cheers:

That,s so cool Russ!I,m looking forward to camping out at the track with my new trailer also.Maybe you can hang a string with a piece of styrafoam on the end, when you pull the car in and touch the styrafoam, you know to stop.Your in your spot!Just a thought.8)

I've had my car in my FS30 quite a few times. It's a little tighter than yours but it fits. The trailers are really nice to have at the MATS. I am planning on going as well.
