So I treated my Godchild and her family to a going away dinner this past weekend. They are great hard working kids and just found out that her husband received a promotion to a Mopar Parts Development & Distribution Management role at Dodge/Fiat Corporate in Detroit. Since they'll be relocating there in a few weeks, I figured we enjoy some time with them enjoying some good food and drinks at a local place. During the get together I find out he got me a pass for this weekend's NHRA Nationals at Rt66 Speedway in Joliet IL. So looks like I'll be meeting them there on Friday to enjoy some fire breathing drag action with the two of them and their little guy....In the MOPAR suite! I am beyond excited! Gotta Love Family!
