Just got back from Cracker Barrel. Had the Grandpas country fried Steak(topped with sausage gravy) and eggs, hashbrown casserole, Grits, Biscuits with sausage gravy. Washed it down with sweet tea. Man, did that hit the spot. MMG
 
Gotta be careful on that kind of a dinner-habit forming!
 
Years ago, when Cracker Barrel first opened here, A friend said, "If you can eat all of Uncle Hershel's Breakfast, I'll pay for it" .
So After I ordered my 2 eggs over easy, country ham, etc.. he ordered, "Fix my eggs like his and put them on his plate".
DOH I forgot this guy doesn't eat eggs.
He got the check and the tip. LOL
I cleaned my plate.
I've been back to Cracker Barrel only once and that was to buy a rocking chair.

It was the toddler rocker, Christmas gift for one of my grand daughters.
