i just picked up a copie of how to build big inch small block mopars. what an awesome and informative book. i'm hooked now thinking of building a 408. based on a magnum roller block. should be a lot of fun don't know what i will put it in but it will be light and fast .has any body else read this book or built a 408? if so how does it run
 
Great book!! I have been collecting pieces to build a Magnum head 3-8-teen.
I got the crank back yesterday and my heads back today witha fresh valve grind. I probably won't have it together until next spring but I got a late start.
If I decide to build a stroker later, I've got some of the parts allready. toolmanmike
 
I have this book also it's a great book,very usefull info in it.Built a 410 stroker about a year later,the thing runs like a raped ape.
 
i got it from boks a million $18.00 hope to dig deeper into it today it was late when i got home with it so i just browsed thru it but i really like what i've seen so far
 
bought that book a week back, have just looked thru it a few times but i realy like what i have seen so far :)
