Just make sure the radiator you choose has dual 1.5" tubes and it will cool well. Derale has some fan modules that work awesome, twin 10" won't be enough.

26" Three Row champion + Some 95-99 V6 Contour fans. Very good, and very good price. I use the dakota digital fan controller (2 relays), as they are 2-speed fans.
The Contour fans are higher capacity than almost anything you can buy aftermarket. I doubt you would pay more than $70 for a set
I'm running a 470 hp 340 with this setup and the car runs only the low speed and cycles on and off while idling on a 95 degree day. Once you are moving, the fans shut off after driving for about 10 seconds. I've never even heard the high speed come on. My temp settings are: Low: 195 on, 192 off, High: 205 on, 200 off
