This on our recently gotten Durango.
My wife drove it to work yesterday and on the way home the blower motor started making a helluva noise. I get the keys and go chk it out, it's a vibration and rumble like I've never seen a blower motor make.
It sounded like something was self destructing.
Shook the whole dash.
So I looked up a new one on o'wrongleys and about had a stroke... $145.. never seen a blower motor so expensive. Id replaced the one in the other Durango like a year ago and it was like $50...
So anyway I went to pull out the original one and out comes a golf ball sized mud dauber nest...
Put it back in, no more rattling or noise.

Got a 2010 Cummins 3500 and a 2015 Hemi Ram with the blower motor working when it feels like it, will run for a few minutes, shut off, then come back on minutes to hours later. The 2010 will start back up when the key is turned off for 5 minutes sometimes. I read about a resistor issue that heats up then cools down and will work again. Hopefully that is what it is...
