Had some fun today.

I had a hole bunch of fun today! Got the engine in with some family and friends helping me out. Been a long time just screwing around and getting things done. She went right in with no problems and no damage. Even with the right shock tower beaten in getting the valve cover on and off is a tight fit!

Very cool seeing this get its Hemi and be on all 4 wheels.

Took a few step forward and a step back today. Got the shifter and rods in and adjusted. While I was putting in the Z bar the repop pivot bracket just fell apart in my hands. Looking at the assembly some ding dong that apparently does not know how to plug weld has a job making these. No penetration at all on the pivot.

at least it was a complete crap job and it didn't wait to fail while driving it

I’ve watched him build these up close.

Ns1rm21 does all the work himself. Even the rough body work. Just not final blocking and paint. Sells parts at reasonable amounts to immediately fund the next step on these projects, etc.

If something is too expensive, he’ll make the parts himself: battery tray plates, fix bad parts into good parts, hand made block-off’s, pulleys, brake lines, etc.

Not much more can be said than, WOW !

The pulley, WOW, again !

The man had been gifted with those hands.
Hats off to you. Truly an impressive piece of machinery, machinist and man.

It’s been a while since I have posted anything about my cars so here goes. The Barracuda is 95% done. I have some tuning to do but for the most of it she is done. This was the first time I got the two side by side and for me the wait was worth it.

absolutely kick a$$ , but both need bigger tires in back .

Cool cars, words just don't justify how badass this is!
What I see here is a lot of work, sacrifice, and money.
Cudos to you, and thanks for posting!

Ha! They look great. Thanks for sharing that! You wouldn’t have a part number for those would you?

looks like it could be PN: 1487

Yes, 1487.

A funny fact is there were several parts used on these cars that were purchased from a local speed shop. The hood pins were a “MR Gasket” cheep hood pin kit that is still sold today.
