On this day 53 years ago my dad's special order 67 Dart Convertible rolled off the Hamtramck assembly line and was shipped to Claude Short Dodge in Santa Monica, CA.
Dad drove it as his daily driver for about 25 years and put 315,000 miles on it. Its second 25 years it mostly sat in the garage but went out for an occasional drive.
Now it is in Colorado enjoying a life of leisure getting some much needed TLC.
