Dropkick Murphys are great. I also have some Skels, Flogging Molly, Killigans, The Mahones, etc...

Along similar lines, but Scottish.. Check out "Enter the Haggis". Also very good.

Guinness.. I had two pints at lunch. Another couple bottles tonight. Made some beef and Guinness stew too.

The Guinness guy at the Storehouse in Dublin swore the beer they export is exactly the same as the stuff in Ireland. It must have BAD things happen to it on the boat ride over here. I'll still drink the stuff we have, but fresh Guinness is creamier, less bitter, and has a whiter head.

Did you guys know Guinness the brewery is the Guinness of "World Records" fame? I did not make the connection until we went there.

A pic of some freshly-tapped pints. As the nitrogen bubbles out, the beer turns black. I had three Imperial pints at the brewery.
