Well I'm convinced that no one has the correct seals that attach to the front of the door glass and move up and down with the window. Some call this a glass run channel seal. Evidently the factory that made them burned down and all the stock has been grabbed up.
So the car still has to go back together so I'm wondering if anybody has successfully replaced that seal with a generic or not-intended-for-this-application glass run channel? I've looked at various offerings until my vision blurrs.
