Headlights on Warning Buzzer - Wanted

I am in need of headlights on warning buzzer for my 69 cuda. Have one or know where to get one?

Thanks Tod,
I should have clarified mine is all wired in just the relay is shot. I am looking for a replacement headlight-on relay for the car. It looks very similar to the horn relay with a mount attached, but I have no idea if it is an interchangeable unit.

Don't matter Mopar or GM. The electronics are basically the same. Yinz know I'm a closet Mopar guy anyway.
