Headliner Installation '72 Duster

I am farming out the cloth headliner on both of my cars. My local interior guy charges $150 labor and no, the glass does not have to be out to install either type of headliner.

How does he install the cloth headliner without removing the glass? The edges wrap under the edge of the window opening and get's crimped by the metal teeth under the window gasket?

Most likely they use the window gasket to hold the materiel.

That's what I was assuming also. A little glue on the edge and tuck it under the gasket maybe?

I did a couple of searches and read several threads that said it wasn't necessary to pull the glass. Can't believe everything you read on the internet though!!
