Headliner question

My headliner is cardboard, and was only held up by the trim, dome light, and sun visors. Are there no bows for these?
Also, if I were to decide to replace that headliner with a vinyl one, where could I find bows? I did a search of the interior parts forum, but didn't find anything for that year of car.
I have already covered the cardboard headliner with cloth, but I may decide to go with the vinyl instead. Are there any kits available for the bows?

Stick with the "cardboard" one I believe they are on plastic now not to be rude but if you have to ask this question your in for trouble trying to install a vinyl headliner lots of curves that go every direction you can think of

I saw listingS for a conversion kit. only reason i can see any benefit is bows/ vinyl occupy a smaller space for shipping.
although bulky, the headliners weigh next to nothing. i will be going with the plastic/vinyl covered one.
