Heater Control Lighting 72 Duster w/o - A/C

Hello All,

The few times I've driven my Duster at night I noticed that the heater/fan control does not illuminate. Since I've got the bezels and dash pad off I thought this would be a good time to check it out.

Well I've looked everywhere and I don't any lamps in the area of the controls. Am I missing something? How is this area illuminated?

The climate control for non a/c wasn't lighted until it changed completely in 73. The push button controller for a/c pre 73 was lighted in a fiber optic sort of manner.
Light behind the controller you have would only leak through the slots at levers/switch, and not light up the text.
