Heater core

I am having trouble finding a heater core that fits without enlarging one of the holes in the heater box that one of the tubes passes through. There are no local radiator shops to repair my old one. Has anyone found one that fits?

I sent mine to glen ray for restoration since i couldn’t find an aftermarket one that was an exact and fit as well as the original.

Often, the inlet/outlet tubes need to be bent a small amount.

I'm calling Bob today. I've had him do a couple radiators, but never a heater core. How was the core? Cost? Mine is from a 63 Dart, and also having a hard time finding what I need to replace it. Thanks!
