ok a little while back I bought one of the hei distributors from kmj performance for the 360 in my 1970 Plymouth duster [ame="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Small-Block-Mopar-Dodge-Chrysler-318-340-360-Complete-Electronic-Distributor-HEI-/380453707588?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5894cedf44"]Small Block Mopar Dodge Chrysler 318 340 360 Complete Electronic Distributor Hei | eBay[/ame] and now im needing a cap and can not find one. ive heard there is a later 80s Camaro that had the same cap but I cant find one please any information would be greatly appreciated.

they also got black and blue ones too
 
ya that's the one it came with but I was kind of hoping that someone had already found a cap that was better then the stock one. on mine the the pin that sits on the rotor completely fell out and was down in the distributor
 
I definitely wouldn't buy from the bozos in post #2 link. Go there and you see another listing for:
"Big Block Mopar Dodge Plymouth 318 Complete Electronic Distributor"
The description is even stranger:
"Designed for Dodge, Chrysler, and Plymouth Big Block (RB) V8 engines., 318 V8's"

318, BB, and RB don't interchange distributors.
