Hellcat Swap Into 72 Demon

Man I wish I was doing burnouts. I’ve been moving and remodeling a house. I’ll be back on the car this fall. Burnouts by spring next year :) Thanks for checking in

Thanks for checking. I renovated and house and built a garage. Just got back on the car a couple months ago. Metal work is finished. Mini tub went slow. I went for the factory slather it on seem sealer look lol

Also cut out the spare tire well and made a fuel cell support

Filled firewall holes. Painted everything to match existing body. I’m happy with the match. Single stage Nason product

Looks killer. Great work! What size fuel cell are you going with?
Thanks. I got a 20 gallon summit brand. Not crazy about race car look from trunk side but it’s flush with bottom of bumper and leaves plenty of room on sides for tail pipes. I plan to weld a filler tube to side and connect to factor filler tube

Motor and trans back in for last time! Hopefully. I highly recommend the US car tool tunnel for anyone doing a T56. Pricey but adds a beefy frame around perimeter and way less time consuming than fabbing. I made a tunnel when I had this trans behind the LA but it wouldn’t clear with this motor

Beautiful work! Curious as to why the fuel cell vs factory tank? For the "hidden" look?
Thanks, mainly to be able to run full 3” tail pipes with the mini tub and inboard coil overs. I was dumping exhaust before axle in previous combos and didn’t like it
