Hello Y'all,
I'm new here, just joined today. My username is 2000_DD_RT_5.9, but y'all can call me Amber. Never been involved with a forum before, so I apologize a head of time if I incorrectly post a question lol. Currently I'm having issues with my 2000 Dodge Durango R/T 5.9 4wd transmission. I've been doing some research and haven't seem to be able to get a straight answer. If it's alright, I'll quickly explain the issue.
The reverse had pretty much stopped working, even though I could hear it engage. All other gears worked just fine, up until the other day. Drive well engage for a second, then will stop working. Not sure if it's the solenoid, bands, or the Governor Pressure Sensor, or it's just dead.
If anyone has advice, well I would surely appreciate you greatly. Thank you for your time and patience.
