hello I have a 72 duster that I had parked for a little while I just started it up a couple days ago and my blower motor no longer works. I was going to remove the heater controls and see if the contacts where all corroded. the thing is I don't know how to remove the heater control panel any help please. or possible any other suggestions of what it could be.

thanks

I would check for power at the blower motor first, more than likely it seized up from sitting. Much easier than pulling control assembly. Don't forget to check fuses first.

The push button a/c controllers are trouble makers ( you didn't say w/wo a/c ).
Anyway.. Removing the glove box is probably your best route.

You probably also have a L-M-H blower switch next to the push-button control (or whatever you have). That switch often melts. While in there, consider adding a 40 A relay for the "blower high" position so a new switch doesn't melt.
