I bought this here through the classifieds, but it doesn't fit my '61 Lancer 4-door sedan.

Could it be for a wagon?

My '61 tail lights don't have the 4 counter sunk screw mounting holes like the one in the picture.

And the "wing" to the red dot isn't quite as long as those on my '61.

I need to correctly I.D. it before I put it back up for resale.

thanks

What is the part number on the chrome housing?
Where would the part number be listed on the chrome housing?
All I see are numbers on the bulb cup.

The only marks I can find on the chrome housing - DD CD, same as on the bulb cup.

I'm certain someone may need this part, so thanks for the help.

For sure, you may be married to it I am sad to say! GLWS

Cheers

That is absolutely a 1961 only, station wagon only taillight assembly. It is not a '62 as one poster suggests as they had a long rectagularish reflector and not the round one like 1961. Best of luck with your sale.
