Does anyone know what cars these wheels came on? I have never seen one with the spokes covered like this.

That's an early A (and 66 maybe 67 B) woodgrain sport wheel. IIRC the horn button in the picture was used in 66/67.

EDIT: BTW nice looking wheel. Is it for sale?
 
I just bought it off ebay. I am going to use it on my 69 Dart since I have not finished restoring my woodgrain. I will sell it when I complete my wheel. The guy said he paid $447.00 for it.
 
The padded horn button came on later model cars but I don't know which ones. A friend has that kind of horn button on his 70 Super Bee. Here's what my 66 wheel looks like.
