Help, I'm Freaking Out

Had this Dart for ten years now, job change 6yrs ago.have not been able to spend anything on the car for 6 yrs.Spent 15k on it the first few years I had it.At least I can drive it.I just cannot justify spending the $ on it that it needs.ESPECIALLY NOW,i AM IN CONSTRUCTION.The car is not going anywhere.
