I saw this in ebay: Item number:350242702455 pls use google to view it, I couldnt post the link here. Seller said that 7.25 SureGrip, but its kind of different with mine.

My 7.25 Sure Grip look like this:

suregrip.JPG

Are they the same sure grip type?

How many suregrip type of 7 1/4? Will that 7 1/4 suregrip fit my differential?

Thank you so much,

Andy.

Looks like the cone type SG, used in the later year rears. The early rears used the clutch type. They swaped over the same year the 8 3/4 rears, did.
They will interchange, but the clutch type is better, but new clutches are hard to find

That sure looks like a clutch type in your picture to me.

The seller has a cone as noted above.

That is a Spicer/Dana Powr-Lok, which was a plate type limited slip used in 7 1/4, 8 3/4 and Dana 60 rears until 72 or so, then the Auburn cone type diff was installed by Mopar. The bolted together case is the clue.
