Help me remove these

Hi guys
I need to replace these sockets as they are rusted in place.
Do I have to remove the bumper to get the housing out?

I am currently in the process of rewiring the car.
I am looking for opinions as to weather I should spray lizard skin on the floor
or use the other stick on matts

Hey George, On a 70 you have to remove the bumper, I would think its the same on yours. Looks like were neighbors I live in Oxford and work in Shelton.
