Are you talking the rubber steering coupler disc?(4 in around, bolts tween the steering shaft flange, and the steering box flange?).Pull out your old one, look for a Dorman/Motormite replacement. They have 3 part numbers, one will fit.

wouldn't a 74 duster use this style? i do like that bail for holding together though..

Jim's Auto Parts sells all the parts you need to do a stock rebuild.

Not sure if they sell them built already.

I think Mancini Racing might also carry stock style replacements - can't remember.

Or you can go aftermarket with a stainless U-joint style from Flaming River. That's what I did, but it required cutting the steering shaft (1/8" - 1/4" if I remember correctly)

I just rebuilt mine was sure it was from mopar performance. National moparts should have them also.

I would watch dealing with Jim's Auto Parts. I've had a couple bad deals from him. No need to go into detail here, but watch him..

FWIW, Dorman part number 425-253 (less than $8.00) appears to be exactly the same as what's being sold on ebay for $20-45. (Also the same as the base kit that Bouchillon or Steer and Gear is selling). The Dorman catalog lists it for vans. I bought one that I plan to install in my '69 C-Body. I've compared the parts. With the exception of the ID of shaft hole in the rubber seal, everything is identical. Heck, even the kit I bought off ebay years ago for my Duster had the orange seal with the hole smaller than original.
