Help needed to decode 42RH trans number

Please can someone help me with any extra information on the origin of my 42RH?

The top rib has the number 4461106 E - 4
Then a sort of N and P combined in a circle.

On the right of this 2 Circles, one above the other. The top one has 90 in the inner circle, the bottom one 91.
09104 between the two circles.

My trans starts PK 5300, so I think I need a newer document. I have had another look on the net but can only find the one you linked. Any suggestions?

The serial is PK53009261 Date code 0939. As it is a 42RH I guess it must be between about 1988 and 1993 but I can't make any sense of this with the 10000 day formula.

PK 53009261 A500 with 5.2 engine , with electronic Torque Converter Lock-up used after March 6,1991. Found on Dodge pickup and vans.
Date code is July 10,1991.
