help, oil filter plate install

i just got the oil filter plate and adapter for my block. It didn't come with instructions. Does anybody have pics? or at least can tell me what goes where first? What do i torque the threaded piece down to in ft lbs? I'd like to get it done right the first time so i don't have to pull the motor out after.

Did you get the gasket?
I didn't know it had one and ended up spilling some oil and had to go to the local auto parts store. But now i know!
